It is a magnificent 350sqm colonial mansion. Built in 1935 laying in the best neighborhood of Havana: El Vedado, known for the art deco style buildings and its vibrant nightlife.

After a 3 years restoration process, retaining the original floors, doors and windows, reopened its door in March 2019.

History and modernity blend together in this building that once belonged to Don Rodolfo de Peñalver, VI conde de San Fernando de Pañalver, VII marqués de Casa Calvo.

This stunning mansion was used as set for many famous cuban movies like Esther en alguna parte - 2013- Director Gerardo Chijona, and the bar that once was in the front terrace was a melting pot for celebrities from cultural and social life, and not only from Cuba: Gabriel García Márquez was an habitué...

The mansion has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, a large kitchen, spacious dining room, bright living room, a beautiful terrace and a stunning 350 sqm rooftop with view of all Vedado, Plaza de la Revolucion and the Ocean!

We rent 6 of the 7 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with hot water and air conditioning. Everything is newly renovated.

The cool and shady spaces feature a mixture of traditional mahogany furniture, which in the old days dominated the best Havana mansions, and modern minimal charming elements, result of the creativity of our architects.

We can accommodate up to 12 people, you can book one or more bedrooms and also the 6 bedrooms altogether. When you rent all the bedrooms you can also use the common spaces for your activities.
